Key Responsibilities:

Operations: Manage all aspects of service, staffing, reservations, and guest experience to ensure seamless fine dining operations.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor service and support staff, promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.

Guest Relations: Deliver a warm, memorable experience for every guest. Anticipate needs, handle feedback gracefully, and exceed expectations.

Culinary Partnership: Work closely with chefs to maintain consistency, presentation, and quality that reflect our brand standards.

Financial Management: Oversee budgets, cost controls, labor, and inventory while maintaining profitability and guest satisfaction.

Wine & Beverage: Partner with the sommelier to curate an exceptional wine list and beverage program that enhances the menu.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards; maintain a clean, organized environment.

Events: Support special dinners, wine pairings, and promotional events to build guest loyalty and enhance revenue.

Training: Implement continuous training for service standards, menu knowledge, and leadership development.

Community & Vendor Relations: Build strong partnerships with suppliers and represent the brand with professionalism in the community.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management experience in upscale or fine dining
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Deep understanding of fine dining service standards, wine knowledge, and culinary operations
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, labor, inventory, and cost control)
- Skilled in guest service and reservation systems
- Ability to perform under pressure and maintain an elegant environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts preferred
